Bidding & Negotiation: Once the construction documents are complete, the next steps are selecting bidders, issuing the drawings to them for pricing, answering any questions they have, reviewing their proposals, and negotiating a contract for construction.

I’ll typically walk the site with bidding contractors and their subcontractors to discuss the project with them and give them a chance to see the site in person.
