This bungalow had a walk-up attic that was not quite tall enough to be converted to living space. We completely removed and reconfigured the roof in order to add three bedrooms and two bathrooms on a new second floor.

The new shape, though it is completely new to the building, remains true to the style and spirit of the original house.
