Perched on a bluff overlooking the ocean, this house was essentially a gray mansonry cube. We reorganized and renovated the interior, bringing in new finishes that set the original materials in a new context. What was stark became sophisticated.

The master bedroom on the top floor has a balcony overlooking the living room below. A sliding wall at the balcony can be closed for privacy or opened allowing views down to the public spaces and to the site beyond.
