This new house is tucked into an established neighborhood. We pushed the house back on its site to keep existing trees in front, maintaining privacy and providing terrific views of the Boston skyline.

The house is tailored to the challenging site. The main entrance is on the lowest level from the driveway. A large opening provides a connection between the foyer and the living areas on the middle level. The living room receives light from all four directions. A screened porch spills onto the terrace and yard.
